|Duties:||This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, committed, experienced and logistically minded individual who is excited about creating efficient systems and leading a successful team. Contribute at a high level while you develop concepts and products that represent Market of Choice and drive our Food Service departments in strategically aligned directions.|
As the Culinary Program Director/Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- general organization, operational control and supervision of all Food Service departments;
- concept development;
- product development;
- and creating & implementing efficient systems.
|Qualifications:||Applicants for the Culinary Program Director/Manager position must possess:|
- a culinary degree and/or diverse & extensive culinary experience;
- and/or advanced education in business management;
- and previous, high-level management experience.
This position also requires having and maintaining Serve Safe Certification.
